Tenovus, Wales’ cancer charity, has established a London committee with the aim of reaching out into London’s Welsh community. Cancer rates in Wales are high when compared with most areas of the UK and the purpose of the London committee is to work with London’s Welsh community to develop networks to raise funds to support the work of Tenovus. It is intended to arrange social events such as concerts, golf days, balls and dinners.
