11.30 - 12noon   Coffee in the foyer of the William Jones Building

11.30 - 12noon   Conducted school tours from the foyer

12.15 - 12.30pm Pre-lunch drinks in the Hitchcock Pavilion

12.30pm  Lunch in the Hitchcock Pavilion, followed by coffee

After lunch we shall celebrate the longevity of service of this year's special guest.

Tickets are £20 each, which includes a pre-lunch drink.
