Has passed away. He was born in Bourton-on-the-Water, boarded at Monmouth School, then trained as an articled clerk in London and became a Chartered Accountant. He practised in London for 20 years before moving back to Gloucestershire (Cheltenham) in 1991. David loved real ale and bridge in later years. Of his years at school, he used to talked about Iskie and Rappy, and that he was proud to be a contemporary of Keith Jarrett.
